You can log in to your mail account anytime via any browser. Write mail.mail.world on your computer or mobile phone, and you can log in to your mail account.
But you can also send and receive your emails via IMAP on your computer and mobile devices. The setup depends on the device and mail application, but the IMAP information you need is the same.
We have made a small video that shows how to set up IMAP for your mail account on Microsoft Outlook for PC.
If you have previously set up your IMAP account and experiencing irregularities:
Correct the port information below or delete your current IMAP setup and create a new one. The default ports are used if you do not specify ports in the server information.
Your IMAP information is as follows:
- Username/email address: Your mail.world email address
- Password: Your mail.world password
- Incoming mail server:
mail.mail.world
- Outgoing mail server:
mail.mail.world
- If you want to use a secure connection (SSL), use the following:
- Incoming mail server:
mail.mail.world
(Port 993)
- Outgoing mail server:
mail.mail.world
(Port 465)
You must specify the server connections, as shown above; otherwise, you can not send and retrieve mail via IMAP.
If necessary, seek help at, e.g., Google. "IMAP setup iPhone, IMAP setup android, IMAP setup Outlook," etc.
